Our classes are designed to give you a balanced challenging workout. Every class is varied and different to keep your mind occupied and your body always guessing. Our main focus starts at the core/abs and we work our way out to your extremities.

You have 2 studios you can workout from.
- We are open 7 days a week – early morning, evening and weekend classes to choose from.
- Flexibility – Choose a price package that suits you – The great thing about our Memberships and Class Packs are that you can use them whenever and however you like. We have flexible pricing with you in mind. You can book in any class at any time in either studio. Flexibility to suit you!
Book into any class you like – you don’t have to come to the same class every week.
