The home of Reformer Pilates – a unique piece of equipment combined with unique exercises that are low impact, good for EVERY BODY and ALL AGES & ABILITIES. 45 minutes is all you need to work those big & small muscles out and to start feeling the benefits. Get the heart rate elevated and those muscles working and burning.

It’s like WD40 for your joints and a workout your muscles. 

It is fantastic for increasing strength, tone, balance, flexibility, mobility leaving you with a body that feels great, looks great and is great. 

YOUR FIRST CLASS

We highly recommend attending one of our Intro Classes for your first class. In this class we will teach you how to use the Reformer and introduce you to the Basic Principles of Pilates that you will hear us using in all of our classes.

THE CLASS WORKOUTS

FULL BODY

A total full body workout designed to strengthen and streamline. The reformer shows its full versatility as you work from every angle to challenge strength, core, balance, and coordination to create a form you can be proud of!

ABS & BUMS

A satisfyingly focused session with an emphasis on tightening and lifting all the right places! We’ll use Pilates techniques to help you find your glutes, waist and core and get them working. Expect to burn!

RUNWAY CLASSIC

Based on the essential STOTT Pilates repertoire, Runway Classic is a technique masterclass and stretch session. You’ll learn the essence of exercises whilst lengthening and strengthening every inch. Perfect for newbies, or anyone who is nursing any injuries or just wanting to keep it classic.

CARDIO FUSION

Cardio Fusion is a perfect mix of high intensity, calorie blasting cardio work interlaced with Runway’s Full Body workout. A dynamic, fun fuelled class combining interval work on the cardio Jump boards with more traditional Pilates to work those Abs, Arms and Legs.
