We believe that Pilates is the path to a fuller, more enriched life, free from injuries & aliments. It’s a low impact workout which will not hurt you.

The reformer machine is a unique piece of equipment designed to lengthen, strengthen, and balance you. It’s for Everybody and Every Body, all ages and abilities.

45minutes is all you need to work those big and small muscles and to start feeling the benefits. It’s like WD40 for your joints and a workout for your muscles.

It is fantastic for increasing strength, tone, balance, flexibility & mobility leaving you with a body that feels great, looks great and is great.

Try Runway Pilates with a free, no pressure personal induction.

The Runway Pilates Intro Class is the perfect way to experience Pilates and our studio. Enjoy a 30-minute, full body session with one of our expert instructors. This session is a great intro to the reformer, the studio, the workout and our amazing team. Find your nearest studio to book your free reformer session today!

If class isn’t your thing and you would prefer to train one on one – we have Private training sessions available for you.

FAQ’s

What To Wear

We recommend wearing gym gear, or clothing that you can move in easily. Runway Pilates requires grip socks to be worn in class – any brand will work. These are available for purchase at the studio. Long hair should be tied up for safety.

What To Bring

Bring a water bottle with you so you can stay hydrated and your grip socks (if you have them). Everything else is provided.

When to Arrive

Please arrive 5 minutes before so we can show you around the studio and complete a quick par-q form before getting ready for class.

What To Say

Your Instructor will ask you if you have any injuries or anything you are not comfortable with. Please be honest – we are here to help you and we can always modify exercises for you while you and your body become acquainted with Pilates.

CLASSES FOR EVERYBODY

We have 5 Runway Pilates style classes for you to choose from – giving you a complete workout for both mind and body. Don’t just pick one – we have designed our timetable so you can workout 5 times a week.

Foundation

These classes are perfect for beginners (anyone new to Reformer Pilates), or anyone who is nursing any injuries or just wanting to strip it back to the basics. You’ll learn the essence of exercises whilst lengthening and strengthening every inch.

Align

You’ll walk out of this class feeling taller, lighter & lengthened from head to toe. Expect to move and mobilize your body in all planes of motion, we’ll focus on training the core, increasing range of motion, correcting imbalances, and supporting injuries. With emphasis on stretching and lengthening, this slower paced class is suitable for all levels.

Triple A – Ab, Arms & Ass

A satisfyingly focused session with an emphasis on tightening, sculpting and lifting in all the right places! We’ll use Pilates techniques to help you find your bottom, waist, core and arms and get them working. Expect to burn!

Energize

Yep, you guessed it! This class will get your heart rate pumping and your endorphins jumping! Using our reformers, jump boards, boxes and plenty of other props, you’ll get a high-intensity full body workout that will leave you feeling ready to take on the world. Expect to jump, plank, pulse, curl, sweat, shake, smile & repeat. It’s tough, but worth every second!

Empower

Everything you need from a workout packed into one amazing class…. sculpt, tone & strengthen every inch of your body in this power-punch of a class. We combine the muscle lengthening, core strengthening and fluid transitions that you love about Pilates with just the right amount of intensity to challenge and push you to your limits. Be prepared to work hard, see results, and leave feeling empowered to do more of what you love in life.

Runway Mix

Mix it up! These classes are a mixture of all our other classes Align, Triple A, Energize & Empower – so you can get a variety of all the classes at the time that suits you best.
