REFORMER PILATES CLASSES

ALIGN

Rooted in Pilates’ core principles, ALIGN is your go-to class for mastering technique, building core strength, and improving overall movement quality. You’ll move through all planes of motion with a focus on mobility, balance, alignment, and injury support. With an emphasis on control, precision, and lengthening, this class will leave you feeling taller, lighter, and more connected.

TRIPLE A

Abs, Arms & Ass 

A satisfyingly focused session with an emphasis on tightening, sculpting and lifting in all the right places. We’ll use Pilates techniques to work your bottom, waist, core and arms and get them working. Expect to burn!

RUNWAY MIX

Mix it up! We rotate through our different class styles each week - from ALIGN to TRIPLE A, JUMP & SCULPT and a Mix Style of all 3 classes - giving you the perfect mix of movement styles to keep things fresh and flexible.

EMPOWER (Intermediate to Adv Levels)

Sculpt, tone, and strengthen your entire body in this dynamic, full-body Pilates workout. Designed for intermediate to advanced levels, this class blends core-focused movement, muscle-lengthening exercises, and fluid transitions with just the right intensity to push your limits and leave you feeling strong and empowered.

STRETCH & RESET

Unwind, reset, and let go. This class is designed to release tight muscles and fascia, improve flexibility, and enhance overall mobility. Using the Reformer, you'll move through stretches and targeted mobility work that helps rebalance the body and quiet the mind. It’s the perfect reset – physically and mentally – to leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and reconnected.

STRONG (New Class

This high-intensity Reformer class uses heavier spring tension and longer holds to build strength, endurance, and muscle tone. Designed to challenge your muscles and ignite that satisfying burn, STRONG focuses on slow, controlled movements and deep muscle engagement to boost your power and stability.

JUMP & SCULPT

Get ready to jump, tone, and sculpt! This high-energy, full-body Reformer class uses the jumpboard, boxes, and props to deliver bursts of cardio and targeted strength work. You’ll jump, plank, pulse, and curl your way through a fun yet challenging session that leaves you sweating, smiling, and stronger than ever.

MAMA & BABY 

A gentle, supportive Reformer Pilates class designed for new mums and their little ones are welcome to come along in a pram or car seat. This postnatal session focuses on rebuilding core strength, improving posture, and supporting pelvic floor recovery in a safe, low-impact way. Reconnect with your body, move mindfully, and enjoy the chance to connect with other mums on the same journey.
