Meet your Master Pilates Teacher Trainers

    Charlotte Daws

    Charlotte began her Pilates journey in 2016, initially integrating Mat Pilates into rehabilitation programmes as a Sports Rehabilitator before advancing into Reformer Pilates in 2020. With a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation and an MSc in Sport & Exercise Medicine, she brings an exceptional level of clinical expertise to her role as a master teacher trainer, specialising in injury rehabilitation and athletic performance.

    With over a decade of teaching experience and more than 20 years of personal Pilates practice, Kristen brings depth, wisdom, and quiet authority to her role as a teacher and mentor.
