This January, we’re inviting you to step away from quick-fix resolutions and into something more meaningful: rituals.

Runway Rituals is a 4-week reset designed to help you reconnect with your body, refocus your mind, and recommit to habits that support long-term wellbeing. It’s not about perfection or pressure—it’s about consistency, community, and creating rituals that help you feel grounded, confident, and strong.

Over four weeks, you’ll be encouraged to commit to your personal Runway Rituals, with each week centred around a new ritual theme. Through movement, workshops, and events, the campaign supports a more holistic approach to health—one that’s sustainable, enjoyable, and deeply motivating.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED

Runway Rituals is open to everyone—no membership or pack restrictions.

  • Commit to 12 Reformer classes over 4 weeks

  • Complete 4 Rituals (workshops or events)
